A major renovation has begun at the12-story City Center office building at 100 2nd Avenue South in downtown St. Pete. The 242,115-square-foot Class A office building is owned by a joint venture between City Office REIT, Inc., Feldman Equities and Tower Realty Partners.
The City Center renovation will feature an updated atrium lobby with lounge seating, renovated elevator lobbies, and upgraded lobby bathrooms. In addition to these lobby enhancements, both exterior entrances will be modernized with new entryways and improved landscaping.
