Jonathan Schneider: The value proposition that I think Feldman Equities brings, unlike other sponsors, is that, one, we’re very specific. We target one market, which is the office market in the greater Tampa Bay area. What that allows us to do is it really puts this at the forefront with brokers, with tenants, with lenders – the whole gamut and spectrum of what it takes to make a successful deal happen.
We’re certain that we’re going to bring the best deal to the investor that is possible, unlike other sponsors that might dabble in duplexes, and then, this … He does stuff in Arizona, and Florida, and New York. We’re very laser-focused on the market and what we want to bring to the investor.
