Feldman Equities’ City Center renovation has been named “Best Construction Project of the Year over 50,000 Square Feet” at the Tampa Bay NAIOP 2025 Best of the Best Champions of Real Estate awards, held on March 4, 2026 at Raymond James Stadium.
NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, recognizes outstanding projects and professionals across the Tampa Bay market each year. The City Center renovation was selected from among the region’s top commercial developments, reflecting the scope, quality, and impact of the project.
