Feldman Equities has broken ground on the Northside Shops at Foothills Mall. The 16,000-square-foot addition to the northern edge of the mall is to be completed in May with tenants moving in starting in July. Shops in the new addition, which is about 70 percent pre-leased, include PayLess Shoes, EB Games, Sprint Cellular, Sally's Beauty Supply, Data Doctor and Wild Noodles.
